FULLY SERVICED
All our watches have undergone thorough mechanical inspections and have been serviced to ensure that they meet our highest standards of timekeeping and functionality.
WARRANTY
Our watches are covered by a 12-month warranty on the movement. This excludes any damage sustained due to improper use or accident. Due to their age, some pre-owned watches should not be subjected to the same conditions as when new.

LAYAWAY PROGRAM
Layaway is a payment arrangement where Windsor Finery Co. reserves and safekeeps an item for a client who has a predetermined period to pay for the item in full. The client will only get the item once paid in full. Please select "Layaway Program" as payment method upon checkout.
We offer a layaway period of up to 12 months unless otherwise stated, with an option to pay weekly, semi-monthly, or monthly. Preferred payment options are bank wire or GCash. We do accept layaway payments via Credit Cards, however additional fees will be shouldered by the client.
Once you've decided on an item that you would like to pay for via Layaway Program, the first payment is due immediately so that the item will be reserved to you. Once paid, we will get in touch via email and send (1) an acknowledgment receipt for the first payment and (2) the complete payment schedule. Succeeding payments will each have an acknowledgment receipt issued.
Advance payments are accepted if you want to get the item sooner. We will send a re-computed payment schedule once the advance payment has been made and confirmed from our end.
The default duration for all posted items is 12 months. If, however, you want a specific payment period (some examples: total amount equally divided in 9 months, or 50% upfront payment and the other 50% via layaway for 16 weeks), kindly get in touch with us. We are very much flexible in coming up with a payment schedule tailor-fit for your needs.
You will be given a maximum of three (3) weeks, after any due date, to settle your dues. If payment is still not made after the given time, we reserve the right to cancel your order and to forfeit all prior payments made.
No returns and exchanges for another item.
By making the first payment, you are agreeing to all the terms and conditions outlined under our Layaway Program. It is important to carefully read and understand the policy before making the first payment.
