Based on the appearance in the film, the color, the proportions, and him mentioning it was a 40K USD watch – it was definitely a Rolex GMT Master in 18K.
It was later found out that it was a TAG Heuer in gold plating – befitting of Leonardo’s character as a man that fakes it ‘til he makes it.
