The original warranty certificate shows that the watch was retailed by Kooheji in Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia, and it comes accompanied by the original purchase receipt dated October 27, 2000.
The receipt shows a purchase price of SAR 11,200, equivalent to roughly ₱153,000 at the time.
Fast forward 26 years, and this same Submariner now trades just shy below ₱600,000.
