2023 Omega Railmaster

In 1957, Omega introduced three watches that collectors often call the Professional Trilogy – the Speedmaster, the Seamaster 300, and the Railmaster.

The Omega Railmaster has always been the underdog amongst the three.

Everyone knows the Speedmaster went to the Moon. Everyone knows the Seamaster conquered the oceans. But the Railmaster? It quietly served engineers, scientists, and technicians whose work revolved around powerful magnetic fields. Less glamorous, perhaps—but no less important.

This modern Railmaster under the reference 220.10.40.20.01.001 revives that story beautifully.

Unlike many heritage-inspired watches, the Railmaster doesn't feel like it's trying too hard to be vintage. There are no desperate attempts to recreate the past. Instead, Omega improved on the original 1957 design while keeping the essentials: clean legibility, purposeful design, and everyday practicality.

The result is one of the cleanest sports watches in Omega's entire catalog.
